Olifant Press is the wayward printmaking enterpise of Josh Distler, and is located in Seattle, WA. I specialize in relief printmaking techniques, including wood and linoleum cuts, moku hanga, wood engravings and monoprints. The studio includes a 24x42 Takach etching press, a flat bed proofing press, as well as inking tables, drying racks, and flat file storage, with a heavy dose of Coltrane, Monk and Mingus keeping time.
